Terms & Conditions

1. Quotations & Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are sample starting prices for guidance only. A formal quotation will be issued for every event based on venue, guest count, design scope and date. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Bookings & Deposits

A booking is confirmed only once JP Luxury Events has confirmed availability in writing and the agreed deposit has been received. Online booking requests submitted through this website are tentative until confirmed. The remaining balance is due before the event date as stated in your proposal.

3. Changes to Your Booking

Reasonable changes to theme, colours or inclusions can be requested up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability of materials and florals. Changes may affect the final price.

4. Cancellations & Postponements

Deposits secure your date and cover design time and sourcing; they are non-refundable. Postponements requested in advance may be transferred to a new date subject to availability. Specific cancellation terms are stated in your proposal.

5. Venue Access & Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring venue access, permissions and suitable conditions (including power and safe surfaces) for installation at the agreed time. Delays caused by restricted access may incur additional charges.

6. Hire Items

Backdrops, props, furniture, tableware and structures remain the property of JP Luxury Events. Loss or damage beyond normal wear will be charged at replacement cost.

7. Balloons, Florals & Weather

Balloons and fresh florals are natural, perishable materials and can be affected by heat, sunlight and wind. We advise on placement, but cannot guarantee longevity for outdoor installations in adverse conditions.

8. Photography

We may photograph our setups for our portfolio and social media. Please let us know in advance if you prefer your event not to be shared.
